Meet Our Team

Hooah Heating & Air has been in the industry for over a decade. Our team works together in order to provide clients with the sort of amazing service they deserve. 


Sergio Godoy

Sergio is the owner and operator of Hooah Heating & Air. Born and raised in Fuquay-Varina, NC, he has a strong connection to his community. He enlisted in the army after graduating high school and did two tours in Iraq before being honorably discharged in 2008. Afterwards, he attended Wake Technical Community College and obtained his HVAC associate degree. He later obtained his North Carolina HVAC Contractor’s License, and has spent the last 10 years working in the industry, serving as an Install Manager and Service manager for several local HVAC companies before starting his own. 

Sergio is married to Lisa Weaver and they have three wonder children: Selena, Maverick, and Gunner. When not at work, he can often be found spending time with his family. 



Lisa Weaver

Lisa is co-owner of Hooah Heating & Air and handles the office administration. She was born in Johnstown, PA, and joined the army in 2005. She was deployed to Iraq in 2006. In 2009, she was honorably discharged, and officially became a stay-at-home mom to take care of her children. Currently, she is pursuing her bachelor’s degree in accounting through Liberty University’s online degree program. 

Jeffrey Cuyler

Jeffrey is a service technician for Hooah Heating & Air. He served both in the Army and in the Marines, with a total of 13 years of service and three tours in Iraq. In 2014, he graduated from Advanced Technology Institute in Virginia Beach. He has a total of four years of experience in the HVAC industry. 

Jeffrey has two children, ages 19 and 15. Outside of work, he enjoys fishing, hunting, shooting on a gun-range, and traveling.
